Handmade child's necklace with high-quality polished cherry black Baltic amber beads, bloodstone and labradorite. Named after Helios which means "sun" in Greek. This was the name of the young Greek sun god, who rode across the sky each day in a chariot pulled by four horses. I designed this to offer gemstone support for anxiety and stress.

Bloodstone is a dark-green opaque form of chalcedony quartz with distinctive red spots. Bloodstone is also known by the name heliotrope, from the Greek helio and Tropos, meaning to turn toward the sun. It is grounding and protecting. Bloodstone draws off negative environmental energy, helping to overcome influences such as geopathic or electromagnetic stress. It stimulates dreaming and is a powerful revitaliser. Gives courage. Bloodstone encourages selflessness and idealism. Assists in acting in the present moment. Bloodstone calms and revitalises the mind, dispels confusion and enhances decision-making. The string is double knotted by hand in between each and every bead, so should the anklet/bracelet/necklace break (which it should if necessary), the rest of the beads will not scatter.

The string is also double knotted before each clasp fastening so no beads should come off.
